The following Policies, Terms, Conditions, Rules and Regulations govern between Magan Enclave (or) Maganlal Mehta Bhavan (hereafter collectively referred to as “Magan hotels”) and to the Guests who have booked (or) staying in any of our Magan hotels properties (or) Clients (or) User(visitor) (or) you visiting/using our website/app. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept these Policies, Terms, Conditions, Rules and Regulations, we would request you to refrain from booking (or) staying in any of our Magan hotels properties and exit this website/app immediately. Magan hotels or any of its business divisions and/ or its subsidiaries, associate companies or such other investment companies (in India or abroad) reserve their respective rights to revise these Policies, Terms, Conditions, Rules and Regulations at any time by updating this posting. Guest (or) Clients (or) User (or) you should visit this page periodically to re-appraise yourself of the Policies, Terms, Conditions, Rules and Regulations, because they are binding on all Guests of our Magan hotels (or) Clients (or) users of this website/app.

GENERAL POLICY, TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES & REGULATIONS:

Magan Hotels shall not be liable for any negligence/illegal act committed by the guest/s.

The guest shall be deemed liable and indemnify Magan hotels in case of any damages to the furniture/fittings/property subject to regular wear and tear.

The Guest/s shall be solely responsible for their own safety during their visits.

Magan Hotels shall collect security deposit from the guests at the time of check-in and the same shall be refunded to the guests at the time of check out.

The Guests shall follow decent Dress code (or) Dress attire as per the policy of the hotel.

Any room/amenity provided to the Driver/s shall not be free of cost.

Accommodating pets shall be chargeable, this extra charge will be decided by the Manager of the property at the time of check in and his/her decision will be final on this matter.

The Hotel shall collect all/any ID proof as required from the guest and the guest hereby consent of providing the same at the time of check in.

The decision of the Management of Magan hotels is final in all regards and the guests undertake to adhere to the decision of the Management in good spirit.

Usage of stove/cookers/kettle/induction stove etc. is not allowed without prior permission.

Consuming liquor in the room is prohibited.

Washing of clothes is prohibited. Magan Hotels is providing laundry services to all the guests at extra costs.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE POLICY:

Guest who have booked rooms with us through our online website (or) app (or) any OTA (Online Travel Agent) will follow the below mentioned check-in and check-out timing

  1. Check in – 11:00 AM (11:00 hours). Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, the reservation needs to be made from the previous day/night.
  2. Check out -10:00 AM (10:00 hours). Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
  3. A recent Government of India notification requires guests to present a copy of proof of identity at the time of check in.

Guest who have walked-in person and booked the room (or) booked rooms with us over phone, (or) with our local agents, (or) by any of our other associate entities will follow the below mentioned check-in and check-out timing

  1. 24 hours Check in will be applicable for guests under this category. We request the guests to check out the rooms immediately after 24 hours to avoid inconvenience to the next guest and avoid an extra penalty of 1-day room charge, however in case of an unavoidable medical emergency, our hotel manager can give some grace time (of 1 hour approximately) on prior request subject to availability. To facilitate smooth transitions of the room we request the guest to prepare for check out half an hour before.
  2. The guests should present a copy of proof of identity at the time of check in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty, however any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Guests should notify the property via phone and also by an email to manager@maganhotels.com

Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date (or) No-shows will be charged the full reservations cost (i.e. 100% amount of the entire reservation including the amount given for booking).

Non-refundable Periods: Booking made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (Monsoon seasons of April to September, festivals, Christmas & New Year's and Aiyappa season) are non-refundable and non-changeable.

CHILD POLICY:

Complimentary stay for two children up to 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.

Extra bed will be charged for children, if required by the guest.

PARKING POLICY, TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES & REGULATIONS:

The regulations herein govern the rules of use of the unguarded, free vehicle park, hereinafter located at side and front of our Magan hotels properties i.e. “Magan Enclave”, #66, street no.7, Vairams nagar, five falls road, courtallam-627802 and “Maganlal Mehta Bhavan”, #3, Vairams nagar, five falls road, Courtallam-627802 collectively referred to as Car Park (or) Car Parking is under the management of the Magan Hotels, hereinafter referred to as Administrator.

The User of the Car Park is every natural person (or) every legal person actually using the Car Park (Person driving the vehicle at the time of entrance or at the time of departure from the Car park or the owner of the vehicle).

The Parking place is a designated place on the Car Park premises designed to be used for parking vehicles. By entering the Car Park premises a lease agreement shall be concluded under which the owner or the user of the vehicle by leaving the vehicle in the Car Park Premises express wish to conclude the lease agreement, express consent for hereof agreement and shall abide other terms and regulations stipulated in the hereof regulations:

  1. The parking place lease agreement expires with the user’s departure from the Car Park.
  2. Every user by entering the Car Park premises with the vehicle consents to the policy, terms, conditions and rules stipulated in the hereof regulations and undertakes the obligation to comply with its provisions.
  3. Users are entitled to leave vehicles only at the designated places apart from places identified by the Administrator as taken.
  4. Once the Business (or) Enquiry is concluded with Magan hotels the User can’t continue to Park his vehicle in our Parking Space unless the user (or) the persons who were in the user’s vehicle are now our Guests staying in our rooms for overnight (or) multiple nights at any our properties. Once the User/Guests checks-out of our property the User is forbidden to continue to Park the vehicle and he has to immediately vacate the place.
  5. The Parking space is a complimentary facility provided to the User (or) the Guests of Magan hotels property for their comfort and the User by Parking the vehicle has accepted to our policy, terms, conditions, rules and regulations, and in case of any theft, damages, loss to the vehicle (or) any litigation related to vehicle like stolen car etc., In no event shall Magan Hotels, or any of its parties, organisations, partners, directors or entities associated with the corporate brand name Magan Hotels be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits or damage to vehicle, loss of person (or) persons or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Parking space were advised of the possibility of such damages.
  6. The Car park is open round the clock, 7 days a week. The administrator shall have the exclusive right to decide on the closure and the opening of the Car Park within the time limits set by himself and also shall keep the exclusive right.
  7. The guests are parking the vehicle at their own risk and Magan hotels (or) any of its associates, partners, directors, employees will not be liable to any damages or claim on any such loss as mentioned in (e).

KITCHEN ROOM USAGE POLICY, TERMS, CONDITIONS, RULES & REGULATIONS:

The guests who have booked (or) reserved the kitchen should follow the conditions mentioned below:

  1. Cook’s / Guests shouldn’t prepare (or) cook Non-vegetarian dishes.
  2. The kitchen room and all the stove, burners, cylinders are provided as a convenience for the guest and if any accidents occur, the guests and cooks hired by the guest are solely responsible for any kind of damage, monetary loss (or) any kind of 3rd party claims. Magan hotels (or) any of its associate companies, partners, directors, employees will not be liable for any such losses. The guest indemnifies Magan hotels management from any such loss.
  3. The guests (or) cooks should adhere to hygienic conditions while preparing food. Any health issue occuring to the guests (or) cooks, Magan hotels (or) any of its partners, associates, directors, employees will not be liable.
  4. In case of any damages occurring to the equipment the guests will have to bear the cost of replacing the same.

The guest hereby accepts to abide by all our policies, terms, conditions, rules and regulations. All disputes are subjected to Tirunelveli jurisdiction, Tamil Nadu, India.
